Agreement to Terms
By entering into a project agreement, issuing a purchase order, or utilizing the web services of TechTota Technology, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all software engineering, mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, and technical advisory services provided by TechTota.
Services Description & Scope
TechTota provides specialized IT solutions including Web Applications (React, Node.js, Python), Mobile Apps (React Native, iOS, Android), AI/ML integration, UI/UX Design, and IT staffing services.
Statements of Work (SOW):
Specific deliverables, timelines, technical architecture, and Acceptance Criteria are detailed in individual project SOWs executed between TechTota and the Client.
Payment Terms & Milestones
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, standard project billing is governed by our milestone breakdown:
Due prior to project kickoff & resource allocation
Upon review & staging deployment sign-off
Upon production deployment & handover
Intellectual Property Rights
Termination & Warranty SLA
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Delivered work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
All production releases include a 30-day complementary bug-fixing warranty covering defects related to the agreed Scope of Work.
